CUCILYNC: wrong numbers in conversation history

Good afternoon,

My end users currently experience the following behaviour using CUCILYNC.

When dialing a number from the deskphone and pressing redial on the deskphone, it works perfectly.

When dialing a number from the CUCILYNC interface and doing a redial through the conversation history of CUCILYNC it works perfectly.

But when dialing from the deskphone, and doing a redial through the conversation history of CUCILYNC, my call fails, as the number in the conversation history is missing a prefix.

I tried to understand what was going on, and it appears that CUCILYNC actually gets the translated number or the connected number from the call manager instead of getting the original called number.

Indeed, as the prefix is removed by a translation rule applied on a translation pattern on the call manager, CUCILYNC gets back the number without prefix and of course cannot dial it.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem ?

I don't think a solution through translation rules on MOC server can work...

Thanks for your help,

Best regards.
