We've currently got CUCIMOC working well with contacts in AD, all good.
I've recently been asked if it's possible to have CUCIMOC refer to a user's contact list in Outlook... for example:
If my wife calls me, the CUCIMOC toaster pop-up tells me I've got a call from UNKNOWN (+61012345678).
Is there a way that I can have CUCIMOC refer to my Outlook Contacts, where the number +61012345678 is my wife's 'Business' phone number, that way when she calls, the CUCIMOC toaster pop-up displays her name?
If anyone has got this working, can you please share or provide links to docs that explain how this can be achieved?
