Currently using Microsoft Office Communicator with Remote Call Control. There are many odd behaviors in this setup so we are testing CUCIMOC. Seems to eliminate many of the strange behaviors but we are unable to transfer directly to voicemail. From the phone we can transfer direct to voicemail by press *XXXXX where XXXXX is the users 5 digit extension. In CUCIMOC if I start the number with a star/asterisk then Transfer button remains greyed out rather than becoming available . How can I allow CUCIMOC to transfer to *XXXXX?
