CUCM 10.1 CDR showing no data

Hello,

 

 

i am using CUCM 10 and configured CDr last month as epr guide..

but as now i am checking CDR details for any user it is showing no details..

how can correct it so that it will show full and final call details..?

Did you enable CDR on every single node??

what is it mean?

 

i have enabed on Publisher all steps that required for CDR>.

do i need to apply smae steps in Subscriber?

Enabling CDR is PER SERVER, if you enabled it on your PUB, you'll only get calls that go thru your PUB, nothing else.

i have applied CDR enable steps on pub and sub cucm 10.1 but still i am unable to get all CDR records from CDR...

what could be cause and how can fix it?
