I have configured CUCM 10.5 with OpenAM for single sing on. When I mapped UserID with sAMAccountName my jabber client works fine for single sing on it give me IDP challange box and all works fine. Now I change the LDAP System mapping of UserID with UPN(userPrinciapalName) because 'sAMAccountName' is not unique for multiple domains and perform full sync of LDAP Directory under CUCM.
Now I logged in Jabber client the IDP screen appears and I have given ssouser1@mydomain.com and password the login screen disappear but cisco form appears and give me error HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has been denied . How Can I resolve this issue? Does thing works fine with userPrincipalName?
