CUCM 4.2 Question

Hi Everyone

I have a site that is runninng CUCM 4.2 and I'm setting up a user who need to have a 7961 configured with the right number of buttons on the template.I've created the template but how do I get the template to show up as an option for the phone.I'm attaching a screen shot of what I'm speaking of and any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hi Eric,

As long as you are modifying or creating a template based on a 7961, it will show as an option in the drop down when looking at the actual 7961 device in question within CUCM.
