CUCM 6.1.4. End User Permissions Needed to Reset Passwords/PINS
I am running CUCM 6.1.4, and I want to enable the Helpdesk to be able to reset passwords and PINs for Call Manager users. They currently do not have this function, so I want to create a permissions group with the correct roles. What resources are required for the role I want to create that would allow a Helpdesk Tech the ability to reset passwords and PINs for other employees. I do not want them to have any other abilities than to do those 2 functions.
