CUCM 7.0.2 - No Insert Permission when making changes

CUCM 7.0.2 Cluster (Publisher and Subscriber)

When making changes in ccadmin get:

Update Failed: No Insert Permission

Add Failed: No Insert Permission

Add Failed java.sql.sqlexception: No Insert Permission

What user are u using??

This on PUB? SUB?

If this happens on SUB only and works on PUB check replication.

Its from the SUB (as Administrator). When I try to access ccadmin from the PUB, the URL hangs! (Uh Oh!)

Added: Looks like the Publisher can no longer be contacted. I'll try restrting that box.

Updated: Replication was the issue. Not sure why it stopped but a reboot of the Publisher solved the problem.
