Hi all,

What are the possibilies offred by CUCM 7.0 to allow end users (or special users) to record theirs communications. There is no Contact Center component in the infrastructure.

If Call Recording is not possible natively, which components should be added to have it possible.

Thanks in adavance.

first , thanks for your answer.

Will recording be possible if we have a UCC or UCCX server, or does it always need a third-party supplementary product?

kind regards,

UCC can also work for monitoring and recording

You may also want to look into the "live record" feature in Unity if you have it available in the environment. It is not automatic, but may fit your needs as well.

Hello,

There are quite a few third party call recording vendors that can help you with your issue, including Verint/Witness and IPCelerate (as previously mentioned in this thread).

Telrex also offers call recording solutions that can fit your needs; see http://www.telrex.com/cisco_call_recording.htm for additional informaiton.
