Hi There
We are going to upgrade our CUCM7.1.3 to CUCM 7.1.5. We have 1 pub and 2 subs.
According to the Cisco document, once the software being installed, we just need to switch the version and the system will start and running with the new version.
My question is do we need to install the software on all 3 nodes and then switch the version or install on the pub first, restart the node without switch version, and do the same on the 2 other sub nodes and then switch version?
Thanks

Hi,
Install the upgrade file on Publisher first
Once finished on Publisher, install the upgrade file on the subscribers one by one or simultaneously
Do a switch version on the Publisher and let it boot into the new version and allow all the services to come up
Then do a switch version on the subscribers one by one or simultaneously

Hi Manish,
Thank you for your prompt response. Is there any document clearly mentioned the above steps?
Cheers

The documentation is on cisco.com, documents for all products are under support -> all products, then just browse to the product you need.
Review the upgrade guide.
