CUCM 8.5 Support on VMWare ESXi

Hello All,

I've read a few threads on here about folks getting CUCM running under VMWare ESXi.   Is CUCM 8.5 (along with Unity and CCX) officially supported under ESXi and -- if so -- does it need to be running on Cisco-branded hardware to be supported?

Yes, it's supported. No, you can use other vendors HW but if you go that way we assume you have plenty of experience on virtualization.
