we have an issue with the attendant console and need some help. We have 2 user with the attendant console installed in their computer they both use 7940 devices, their boss have them as a line in her phone 7960. When one of the users answer the call thru the attendant console, it will pick up at their line in the boss phone thru the speakerphone. Any clues???
You should not be using shared lines with CUEAC, but if you have to you can check that when you login to CUEAC you are selecting the proper device as it should prompt you for it when it detects shared line appearance.
