CUCM 8.62 7941, 7961, 7971 firmware issue

We have recently upgraded CUCM from 8.5 to 8.62. We were testing the fail over and noticed the 7941, 7961, and 7971 phones are not accepting their firmware from  the publisher.  This is preventing those phones from updating properly and thus,  they do not have the subscriber's IP information. Any ideas..How do we force all the end points to get the latest firmware from the cluster.

CUCM 8.62 7941, 7961, 7971 firmware issue

Ideally after the ugprade your device defaults page should reflect the new load and the phones should pick that up on reset.

However i feel you might have a dbreplication issue.. can you post the output of utils dbreplication runtimestate..
