CUCM 9.1 not sync with ELM

Dears

 

I have successfully add the CUCM to ELM but when pressing the sync button it gave me ( successfully - Application Error ) , from the CUCM , no successful sync is appear !! kindly advise .

Have you tried deleting CUCM and re-adding it??

Yes , i did it many times , it keep giving same error.

Can you see if the fullfitment is enable in the ELM?
