I currently have a situation where I have all my End Users in CUCM and Unity Connections in my CUCM. Now people here at work decided to synch AD with CUCM and Unity. I know that when we activate the synchronization, the End Users on my CUCM will be deleted (if not created on AD BEFORE synchronizing) or will become inactive (if I created all users exactly as they are in End Users before synchronizing).
What happens with the current voice messages stored in Unity? Will they be deleted or they will be preserved if I create the users on AD before synching?
