I am currently having issues with CUCM Attendant Console users. All switch board operators are experiencing slow reaction time as well as lock ups when navigating through their speed dials. Issue started to occur at random. There were no changes made to the CUCM environment. We are currently on version 6.0(1). I have done the normal to troubleshoot. I have reinstalled the application as well as rebooted the cluster numerous times. Any ideas?
