I have CUCM 7.0 and the Schadule backup was configured since six monthes and working fine ,the customer saw that the created back different from one day to other day ,which means may backup cerated one file or two files till five files as attached .
OK. So, here is what I would do first if I were you: Delete the current backup job and recreate it. Let the backup run for about 3-4 days and see if it begins incrementally running again. If so, this may be a bug - would have to search CCO to verify. Otherwise, I've had good success with just deleting a job and recreating it when DRS acts off kilter.
