****CUCM CALL SETUP****

 

Hi all,

For trubleshooting purposes, i am trying to get a way to have CUCM to display the call setup process and MOS score after the call had been established( same result as Asterisk -R )... Is there a specific commands or steps to accomplish..

Look at CUCM traces for call

Look at CUCM traces for call setup, and CMR/CDR for call quality.

I  was looking for live call

I  was looking for live call setup to see the handshake between the device.

 

I am sure if you are familiar with asterisk, in Asterisk if login to the back end server and issue asterisk -R. You can see all live calls...

The CDR give the result after the fact.

I'm not familiar with asterisk, but with the amount of logs a single call generates in CUCM, hardly anyone uses that method, you can also do that via RTMT, if you can keep track of the process
