I have a CUCM installed version 18.104.22.1680-13. Today I tried to enter to: Cisco Unified Serviceability -> Tools -> CDR Analysis and Reporting but I found out that I needed to enter a password. I tried to enter with the user and pass that I use to admin CUCM but this password doesn't work.
Some one told me that sometimes at install you configure a different password for the DataBase. Does any one know how can I do a password recovery for the CDR Analysis and Reporting section?
