CUCM error

I received the following screen in my CUCM

How can I fix this problem?

You need to download the

You need to download the recovery CD from:

https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283782839&softwareid=282074294&release=8.6(2a)&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

You then need to boot your system using this and follow the prompts to try and repair the file system.
