CUCM IM License Issue

Hello,

We have a B6K with following licenses:

Type
Product Scope
Required
Installed
Unused
Status
Unified CM
0

In Compliance
Unified CM

Unified CM

In Compliance
Unity Connection

The trunk between CUCM and IM is OK

Reachable
Connected
Successful

But I could not configure any user on the IM, the message of the IM is:

Users: 55 Devices: 59

Licensed IM and Presence Users: 0

And The state of the any user is:

That has nothing to do with enabling users for IM&P, go thru the configuration guides as all is done in CUCM, you need to create the UC service, assign to users, and enable them for IM&P

Have you gone thru all the config for IM&P????

Are they enabled for IM&P??

Do they have the right profile??

The SIP Trunk is OK

The SIP Trunk Security Profile is OK

Reachable
Connected
Successful

I do not sure about profile and How Can I check if the IM&P is enable?
