CUCM LDAP Integration - Overwrite existing DB or add?
A quesiton we're having right now is, if we integrate LDAP on a CUCM cluster... I know Application accounts are left alone... but in general, I'm wondering if LDAP sync simply adds to a database or will it overwrite existing end users?
CUCM Database before LDAP has "enduser" jsmith (Smith, John), but LDAP db doesn't. Will end user jsmith still be there after Sync?
CUCM database before LDAP has "enduser" jsmith (Smith, John), and LDAP db also has an entry. They are not the same person, and have different information. Will LDAP overwrite jsmith, modify jsmith, or create a second entry for jsmith?
