CUCM problem sync'ing users via LDAP

Hi experts,

I am having issue sync'ing the users from the LDAP directory. I had been running for an entire day. In the "LDAP Directory" page, the "Cancel Sync Process" is still lit. Under users, I still don't see anybody except the local ones... What should I do to troubleshoot?

Start by double checking all of the information you used for the integration, and you can also review the LDAP sync logs.

Hi there

 

Could you post the LDAP directory configuration. Hope no filters are configured in CUCM LDAP Config and make sure you have added the Last name in AD. Missing that is mostly the common mistake.
