CUCM Subsc. apply patch

Hi,

We install cucm publisher 7.1.5.12000.

After than upgrade 7.1.5.1200 >> 7.1.5.33900 >> ciscocm-refresh_upgrade_v1.0.cop.sgn >> 8.6.1.2000

We want install cucm subscriber but we don't have installable media for 8.6.1.2000. Therefore the subscriber install 7.1.5.12000 apply patch 7.1.5.33900 but we don't apply patch ciscocm-refresh_upgrade_v1.0.cop.sgn.  How do we.

I dont think it would be possible to install it during the 7.1 install, if your PUB is already on 8.6 you will need to get bootable 8.6 version to install the Sub.  If you have valid UCSS contract you can request it via the PUT tool.

We have valid UCSS contract but This media not found in cisco.

Then I suggest you open a TAC case to investigate why it's not listed there.

Hi Ergin,

Just as an FYI the CUCM 8.6 media is available via PUT (advanced search) I just checked

two minutes ago ;
