CUCM sync with LDAP is affect succe but not seeing the new users and don't seeing update End user

I have problem the CUCM sync with LDAP is affect succe but not seeing the new users and don't seeing update End user.

I adding new users in AD but not see this users in CUCM.

but sync with LDAP is affect success.

version CUCM is 8.5.1.10000-26

MCS7816I5-K9-CMD2 V01

server AD :2003 server Enterprise.

Can you restart the Dirsync service once and perform a manual sync again. Please capture a screenshot of the page when the sync is complete. Also, which all user fields are configured on AD for the users.

Are they in the OU you're

Are they in the OU you're looking at??

Does the user you're using to bind has read permissions over them?

Do they all have surname?
