CUCM Third-Party Sip Softphone Fallback Issue

Hi,

 

We have third-party sip softphones. There is no any problem during failover scenario. When primary node is down, registered users moves back up node.

 

However, we have a problem about fallback scenario. When primary is up again, we send register to the primary  node. We received 200 OK from Cisco Call Server but the user is shown as unregistered both on primary and back up nodes. 

 

System version: 11.5.1.12900-21

 

Is there any configuration about this or anything else?
