CUCM ver: 8.6.2.2000-2 Subsriber Issue

Dear All:

I have succsffuly installed CUCM ver  8.6.2.2000-2 Publisher server on cisco UCS Server C-220M3 on VMware Exi 5.1 as a based OS and all SCCP/SIP IP-phone are succsfully registered  but when i installed CUCM Cluster or as add new subsriber server on same ucs server as shown as error during the installation moreever we use demo license for both CUCM App & VMware and dnt downlad vmware tool and there is no DNS in my enviroment. please suggest me or support me in regardsCUCM-Sub-Error.png

The error mentions ETH0, are you sure your IP config is correct??

I've also seen all sort of errors when you don't have enough horsepower on the server.
