1.after changing the IP Address, the Hotline Telephone System able to establish any-to-any call? will it change any functionality of the systems.

2. Is it possible to get a diaster recovery backup (DRB)in a Hard disk other than a FTTP server ?

3. what are the details may required for the TAC from my side so that i make ready for them?

1. Which system are you using??? That really depends on the kind of integration you have and you should check that with your 3rd party vendor

2 If running over ESXi, no other option, if running MCS, also tape device

3 Ready for what????
