CUE 3.2.1 reebooting automatically.

CTI Ports for Voice Mail(CUE 3.2.1) was showing unregistered in the Call Manager 6.1.2.1000. CTI Route Points for VM was also showing unregistered in the Call Manager.While checking the CUE, the CUE also rebooted of its own due to some software crash.After the reboot of the CUE now the Voice Mail is working fine.

sometimes It shows some error information CTI_ADDDRESS_EVENT …..OUT OF SERVICE.This time We were facing issues with our Voice Mail. We were not able to log in to the Voice Mail. Please get this analyzed and give us the Root cause analysis and a fix for the same

You'll need to open up a TAC case for this. The CTI_ADDRESS_EVENT is almost definitely just a symptom rather than the root cause. We'll need to get the log files (atraces.log/messages.log), possibly crash logs and/or at a minimum the logs showing the crash.
