CUE Auto Attendant/Voicemail does not Pickup Immediately After Forward

I am having an issue with my CME and CUE home lab. I am running 15.1(4)M9 with CME 8.6 and CUE is running 7.0. Anytime I call my CME system, after the timeout occurs, it takes about 30 seconds to a minute for the auto attendant to pickup. Same with individual extensions and their voicemail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
