CUE Backup problem

Guys,

having a fairly significant issue here trying to do a backup before we upgrade to version 7 using a clean install.

the issue

backup starts fine and fails after transfering some data (it is very inconsistent as well). Error returns script execution failed - voicemail backup failed.

it will do the system and configuration data fine but not the voicemail messages etc. ive also tried different FTP servers just to make sure but same result.

CUE Version 2.1.1 - NM

any assistance would be greatly appreciated as always
