CUE customer Script Assistance

hi,

i need to configure the following and was hoping to get some ideas

Welcome to Company X, if you know your party's extension you can dial it at any time, for department A press 1 or 0 for assistance.

we have extension ranges from 1xx to 2xx.

Hi,

Can you help me.

I need main menu with prompt

Press 1 for Customer Support

Press 2 for Emergency Support

Press 0 or hold to Emergency Support

I do not know when I upload script I get error message. Thanks in advance

sorry for the late reply, too much things on the table these days :). did you get through with this?

if not tell us the version of the CUE you have presently. im not an expert by any means but have encountered my fair share of issues, most of the times my doing.

what is the error message, can you make sure that the file name is not present or you can check the box while uploading the new script to over write if you are uploading the file with same name.

Why do you want to have option 2 and Zero for emergency support just one of them should be good.

Hi,

Options are requirment but if it is not possible we can just use one option.

thats fine you can have multiple options if thats requirement.

Have you tried to reload CUE and before you do that delete the call-in number 30000 for the AA.

After CUE reloads create the call in again.

and verify whether CLI that it exists and has the correct parameters.

Now it is working it was a problem with cue and script version.

1 -> Sales

+ 1 -> Corporate Banking (DN : 1001)

+ 2 -> Local Banking (DN : 1002)

+ (3 or #) -> Main Menu

2 -> Fianace (DN : 1050)

3 -> About the Company(General info)

0 -> Operator (DN : 1010)

You can use the Editor Express feature to create the script very easily from the GUI. Take a look at:
