We use Cisco Unity Express 7.0 on 2821 router. The CUE is integrated with CUCM 7.1.
Periodically users beome unable to log in into their mailbox through the TUI. When a user presses the voicemail button the system offers to enter password and after entering releases the connection. I noticed that it happens when the user's mailbox almost full (e.g. 88% and 98%). The system should prompts the user about not having enough space in the voice mailbox and offers him to clear old messages but it just breaks the connection. And an administrator has to delete the mailbox and create new one.
Has anyone any ideas?
