CUE Live Reply To External Call

Hello,

With CUE 3.1, we are trying to get Live Reply to reply to an external call. The trouble is, outbound calls must be prefaced with a "9". There doesn't seem to be anywhere in CUE to tell it to preface outbound calls from LiveReply with that digit.

Is there some way around this?

The only way I can think of around this would be to either create dial peers without 9 or create a translation rule to add the 9.
