CUE: make a blank greeting

I want a customer to be directed to CUE without hearing any greetings, so he just left a message.

In Unity i can do this using the blank option on the greeting, how can i do it with CUE for just one Directory number?

There's no configuration option for that. You have to record a brief silence (2 seconds, I believe) as a greeting.

I already recorded a brief silence, but when i call in, i get another "please leave a message after beep or press # for more option"..<- i want to delete this too.

Hmm...looked into this further. There's no way to do this, unfortunately. You should have a member of your account team raise this as a feature request (if it doesn't already exist). There's been some demand for allowing customizations like this, so each additional customer who requires this would be helpful.
