CUE reset loop

Am up against a wall here. Customer called me up one day and claims that all incoming PSTN calls coming into their 2811 (CME+CUE) are being disconnected as soon as the called IP phone is picked up. I began to investigate and found out that the CUE is in a reset loop. Please see attached file.

Any way to recover from this? I have tried the following commands with no effect:

service-module service-Engine 1/0 reload

service-module service-Engine 1/0 reset

The output of service-module service-Engine 1/0 status says:

Service Module is Cisco Service-Engine1/0

Service Module supports session via TTY line 66

Service Module is failed

Service Module status is not available

Help!

You can try booting off the cue-installer image from the boot helper (press *** to break out of boot). Then try the disk cleanup option and see if it helps. If not, you can try to install the software from scratch from the boot helper and reload everything. See if that works ok or not, if not the filesystem may just be toast to in which case a RMA is needed. Hope they had a backup.
