CUE Script.. Dial by extension anytime .. Overlap with extension
I need some help in finalizing a script.. I am at very beginning level of scripting so any help is greately appreciated.. In this scenario I have extensions starting with "1" so for e.g. 101, 102 etc...and I have created Auto Attendant Script which works fine to transfer calls to extension by pressing options 1 through 9 with 9 being for reception...
My Challenge is when someone tries to enter extension ... so for e.g. someone tries to dial "195" Voicemail extension.. Caller hears 1 Ring and then a message "System is having some difficulties" and call is dropped..
Can someone please suggest how can I have it fixed so that Caller can enter extension anytime?
I haven't yet got the time to troubleshoot why call is being hung up by system.. hopefully tomorrow I will but hoping for some guidance before that.
