Hello everyone! We have a Cisco 2811 running CME and CUE.
Does Cisco Unity Express support IVR/Speech Recognition?
For example, if I dial into the AA (on CUE) can I use voice commands to dial by name?
If so, how can I set this up? Any documents or URLs would be helpful too.

No, CUE doesn't have IVR detection support. I believe you can get this with the IPCC product, but it's not available for CUE.
