CUE to Unity Connection Voicemail Licenses

I am looking to migrate CUE 8.6.1 to Unity Connection, my question is whether I can migrate the voicemail licenses from CUE to Unity connection.

Can someone advise me?

You can't, the licenses are not transferable this way unless perhaps you contact Cisco and they work with you.
