Not with voicemail itself. You can accomplish some of that with a custom script, but it would be pretty difficult to maintain if it's the intent to provide that for every user. I.e, the custom script could pick up the call, play a (generic prompt which may include the person's recorded name), offer the options, and then send the call there. The problem is with the mobile number, since those would have to be put in the script itself (or part of the admin GUI). They cannot be maintained by some option that every user has access to (like the user web page or something, as with notification devices).
