CUEAC 8.6.2.11 External Calls Transfer Error and Calls Dropped

Our receptionist has reported a few different problems transferring people. I've attached the error below and it pops up occasionally.

Also, some callers have reported being dropped during transfers from the receptionist.

We're running CUEAC 8.6.2.11 and CUCM 8.6.2.22034-1

This is a new issue as CUEAC has been running without issue prior to this. No upgrades or changes were made recently.

Any help is appreciated!

I resolved the issue by doing the following:

- Restart CTI services on Publisher and Suscriber.

- Restart Cisco Unified Attendant Server Service

- Restart Cisco Unified Attendant Server (the machine)
