CUEAC 8.6 - When Call come into the attendant que, doesnt que

HI,

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem.  When calls come in to the Attendant Que DDI from an outide number, the callers will hear constant ringing..meaning it doesnt "Ring....Ring....Ring...etc"  its a constant ring no pauses between the ring.  What is set to do is  go to the que untill an operator answers the calls.  If calling from an internal extension, the process goes through correctly.

This will likely be the CSS of your gateway.

Make the CSS that your Gateway is using has permisson to call the Partition being used by the CTI Ports/CTI Route Points as well as the Operators IP Phone.
