I have CUEAC and when the receptionist gets mulitple calls at once she can't answer the phone via the attendant console the answer button is greyed out. I checked her ext and the busy trigger section is set to 4 and 2. The CTI route points are registered and the CTI ports are showing up as registered. I restarted the server and had the receptionist log out and back in but I still have the same issue. Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.
