CUEAC Park and Hold issues

Hi guys ,

I have a CUEAC, when i try to place a call on hold i receive the following :" Unable to place call on Hold. The Followoing error was returned : this is an invalid destination" when i try to park the call nothing happens. Any suggestions? thanks in advance.

Are you trying to use the UCM Call Park devices or did you create your own range of CTI Ports for Park in the CUEAC application?

CUEAC needs to use its own CTI Ports and NOT the Call Park range setup in UCM.

Also, make sure that the Operators phone's CSS can call the Partiton that the CTI Ports are in.

    I have the same problem. Everything was working fine but I had to change the ranges for the CTI Ports and now call park and hold are not working.

    The problem, as I've seen in the CDRs, is that the CUEAC is trying to reach the service cti port in the null partition, but these ports are placed in a internal partition. This is the reason why the program says invalid destination.

    Did you finally solve it?
