I have a customer with a CUEAC 9.x installation and they are able to park calls and transfer calls mostly without issue, however, when the operator parks calls, and the call is not picked up, the call is not reverting to the operator. The call stays parked indefinitely. The timers are set for 90 seconds, but they appear to be ignored.
Does anyone have any idea what factors might be interfering with the reversion (CUEAC refers to the feature as "recall")?
