CUEAC unable to transfer call.  The following error was returned: no more Service queue devices available

Hi Robert,

The first thing that would come to mind would be do you actually have enough service devices built and synced with Call Manager?  Once we find this out we can go on from there.

I have 10  Service Devices lines configured.   I synced with call manager several times and all the service lines are registered.  

No problem. 

What version of CUEAC are you using?  If its 9.x and above, is your queue assigned with the correct queue device group containing those 10 service devices?

I should also add if its 10 total service devices or is it 10 split up between gateway, park, and service devices?

10 for CT gateway, 10 for Service device and 10 for Park devices. 

yes, its assigned to the correct Queue Device Group.
