CUP 6.0.2 Troubleshooter

Hi,

I a integrating CUP 6.0.2 with CUCM 6.0.1, the toubleshooter give me some test failed(attached), i have checked the AXL user in both is same.

Can anybody help me.

Make sure your AXL account does not have any special characters in it. There is some bug with characters in the account's password. Keep the password simple.

Thank you, i have changed the passwords and it's working now.
