I have CUPC version 7 and when i am doing instant messaging to the receipent which is online and available an error occured on the screen which is as " <Recipient> did not recieve your message because it could not be delivered." wht does that means and what are troubleshooting and rectification steps required for this. kindly guide me cisco gru on this.
