We have about half of our users that are remote workers. These workers connect into the VPN via the AnyConnect client. These users are reporting that CUPC is slow while working from home. When the same user comes to the office and works from either the wireless or wired networks w/o the VPN connection they do not report any issues. Additionally they report that CUPC.EXE and CUSF.exe both take up anywhere from 40-50% of their CPU.
The only performance caveat I see in the release notes is: CSCtg76287 - It seems in the release notes at least reffer to Wireless Connectivity but I have had no reports of the issue with Wireless....It only seems those remote people.
