When users connect to the network via AnyConnect and dial a service such a WebEx they're not able to pass tones - for example they can not do "press 1 to oin a meeting" or even type in the meeting ID. However, they also have CVO routers available and those work just fine.
AND IP Communicator over AnyConnect works as well.
They users are indeed using the correct keypad. When we do a packet capture on AnyConnect we see a SIP 404 message for every attempt to enter a key. The odd thing is on in RARE instances a single tone or two makes it through. The call does not end or anything with the 404 not found message but the DTMF just does not get passed. Again, while on the LAN - works fine. Also works fine with Unity Express over AnyConnect.
